All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to make a transaction with www.arkmilos.com, client must possess a valid credit or debit or prepaid card issued by a bank acceptable to us (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). When placing an order you confirm that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the card used and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods offered.

The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement of your payment and will constitute acceptance of your order.

Contact details (Full name, nationality/ Passport or ID number) are required by Greek law for all passengers aboard charter yachts. These details will be asked to be provided to Arksailing in a separate email.

Arksailing does not provide or send any ticket nor asking any form of ticket from its clients to embark in its vessel.

By accepting terms and conditions, you are accepting to participate in a group cruise organized by Arksailing for the specific reservation date. You might participate either as a charterer (typically the first name on the crew list of the specific date) or crew.

As a charterer, your name will be printed on the charter agreement for the yacht you will be boarding on, for the total sum paid by all participating crew members minus corresponding costs for crew and provisions. The charterer is required to sign this agreement prior to departure.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent containing information regarding the exact meeting point and time as well as other useful content, 1-7 days prior to the reservation date.

We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any service which you have already ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible (via mail or phone) and will give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the service, the cancellation policy will take place.

These terms apply to the entire content of this website.

These terms of use are governed by the Greek Law. Disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.

Online reservation procedure

Guests of third party websites are asked to give personal data in order to complete their online reservations. The data they are asked to give are upon the administrator – controller of the system.

Please note that by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, any personal information we have collected, will be disclosed to you upon request at arksailingmilos@gmail.com

If you want to purchase services from our e-shop you should complete a form after making your choice from our service list. There is no need to create an account in order to minimize the personal information we collect and store. In order to complete your purchase you should complete the given form with:

  • your name and surname
  • your ID/ passport number
  • your telephone number
  • contact information/ email
  • credit card information/ pay pal information
  • payment information

There are many instances that we get data automatically. Such data are: IP address, type of device, location, date and time of accessing our system, pages that are visited and clicked, from which website someone came to our system, browser that is used, software that is used in the device or computer.

  • Data given from other sources

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes only.

  • Data we share with others

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, we imply that you are giving us your consent regarding the collection and use of your personal information mentioned in §1. We may engage third party payment providers to administer and process your payment card details in order to complete any purchase that you make through the web site. Please note that no interference, association, affiliation or approval can be drawn from the distribution of web site information. We are safeguarding your privacy thus we are collecting information strictly for the aforementioned reasons.

Arksailing will use your personal information once you want to place an order with us and mainly for procedural reasons. We will use any details provided by you for communication reasons regarding your purchased service.

Please note that we will never share, lend or sell your personal information to third parties other than the ones mentioned above, which are the ones associated with safe money transactions and booking confirmation reasons. Communication in this case will be only via email and your email address will never be passed on to any third party.

Please note that if we are required by law to disclose any of your personal information we will. The same actions will occur if you are by any means violating the Terms & Conditions of Use. The costumer has the right to see upon demand any private information stored by the company or any evidence sale and invoices upon request.

The only case that your e mail might be used is for providing you with newsletter services after your consent. If you chose not to receive newsletters from us, please send us an e mail at arksilingmilos@gmail.com explaining us explicitly your reasons of   your exclusion.

  • Third Party Services 

As a part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, ID/ passport number, telephone number, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address. All this information is used by Arksailing only for basic purposes of completing an online reservation with third party systems. In addition, in some instances, we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). We also share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful and secure transactions.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information proportionally in order to allow them to perform the services they provide to our web site and e-shop. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
